website domain is reserved, but it doesn't exist

  Hello, my handle on several other social media sites (including my email) is ‘thatblueguy’. I created my first wordpress site yesterday, but the ‘thatblueguy’ username was taken. I started poking around and I see that when I go to ‘thatblueguy.wordpress.com’, I see that the site doesn’t exist and it says it is reserved. ‘Thatblueguy.com’ does exist, however, but it looks like an empty wordpress site with one wordpress-generated entry from October of last year. It doesn’t look like it is being used actively at all.
  Is there any way to find out if the ‘thatblueguy.com’ or ‘thatblueguy.wordpress.com’ can be released? I would like to have it.

  thatblueguy.wordpress.com is a reserved address for username thatblueguy, so you can’t have it, unless he change his username

  thatblueguy.com is a registered domain. So you can have this only if the owner doesn’t renew it
