I was asked to renew my domain and mapping I typed in all of my credit card information and then it gave me an error and told me to type this code: 10462313

Your domain actually expired on November 3. I’m not sure why our system allowed you to attempt a renewal, so I have refunded that for now.
I can contact our registrar partner to see if they can restore the domain, but they may charge an additional fee.

Well, I actually began hosting my website through siteground in about april. But i would still need the mapping and registration through wordpress correct?

Hm, that is rather odd. I made a quick tweak. Please try one more time, and if it doesn’t work, please quote the full error exactly as it appears on your screen.
It looks like you tried twice this time, so I refunded one charge and left the other as account credit, so you shouldn’t be charged this time.
