  I don’t know how to get help. My clients are reporting that my website, golden-gate-music.com is down. I check my dashboard and it is blank.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  This is WordPress.COM support forum for sites hosted on wordpress.COOM. Your site is not hosted at wordpress.com, it is probably hosted on WordPress.ORG software on your hosting company’s site.

  To understand the difference between wordpress.COM and wordpress.ORG: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You should refer to your hosting company to resolve the problem.

  I tried to access WordPress.org and was told that I don’t exist. At least with WordPress.com I have a username and password. I paid someone a lot a money to design and launch this website.

  You should definitely contact the person you paid for developing the website. That person should be able to help you.

  Your website is not on wordpress.COM.

  To get help on wordpress.ORG support forums, you need to create an account and you’ll get username/password

  That wordpress.ORG site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. The wordpress.COM support docs do not apply to it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
