  Receiving the below error when attempting to access back end and as a customer:

  Just from looking at the errors you are receiving and the link structure, it might be that you are a WordPress.org user (the self-hosted version of WordPress) and in that case, you would need to post this issue on the WordPress.org forums.

  If you give us the link of the site, I can also recommend you a link to get in contact with your host. That might help, too as they might be able to offer you support.
