Have you mapped your primary domain to your WordPress.com site? If you own your primary domain outside of WordPress.com, you can use this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/ to go through the domain mapping process.

Note that you will need the WordPress.com Personal plan at the least for any domain mapping to be done.

Since your wordpress domain coastalcruiseplanner.wordpress.com is working fine so I am assuming you have mapped coastalcruiseplanner.com to your wordpress site, Please correct me if I am wrong.

I think you have to connect with your Registrar and redeem your domain.

I am still adding the ‘modlook’ in the sidebar to confirm things from staff.
