  As @dgondim mentioned, can you provide a URL to the domain you are having issues with? Is the site hosted with us here at WordPress.com or is it self-hosted? Either way, the site isn’t under the account that you have contacted us from.

  Your site angelmichellephoto.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Doteasy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
