Hi
I am interim cover for a small organisation – bath dance.net – our site is currently down
I have logged into this forum using the email and password it’s currently registered to
I am worried that perhaps a bill has gone to an email that isn’t currently accessed (I am on (email visible only to moderators and staff) & we are registered as (email visible only to moderators and staff))
It looks like we a registered for domain via GoDaddy but no payment due til November so I’m at a loss what to do!
The person who originally created the site is off travelling and we have no way of reaching them & I’m the only person working here at the mo so no way of finding anything out!

You’ve created a new account at WordPress.com but that site isn’t hosted here. You’ll need to reach out to GoDaddy. Also, if your GoDaddy site is using the WordPress.org software you can register an account and ask for advice at: https://wordpress.org/support/
