  Hello there,
  That is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  Hello timethief,

  My apologies but I am a little confused… Our site has always been on wordpress.com and has been running that way for over a year. We have the custom theme pack but other than that, everything has always been free…

  Could you explain how you came to this conclusion? I am the only person the administrates our site and have not made any changes.

  You have had domain mapping in the past, but a whois shows the name servers are not pointing to WordPress.COM at present. That can happen when a domain name does not get renewed, the registrar will point the name servers back to their site. That seems to get peoples attention.

  For starters have a chat with your registrar

  http://www.whois.com/whois/universaloutreachfoundation.org

  Any content you have here is safe as long as you don’t delete the site

  Thanks all! we have always renewed but perhaps the mapping fee was missed. I did contact the registrar but of course they didn’t relay this info. They did tell me that they’re no longer a client working with wordpress, so perhaps this is the problem… I will get on it!

  Hi again, I am now getting the correct message from wordpress that my servers are pointed there. My sight still doesn’t load… is this just a waiting thing now?

  Changes to name servers start after a few hours but can take 24 to72 hours to reach the far corners of the internet. Try clearing your browser cache & forcing a page reload. Due to caching issues you will probably be the last one to see the changes

  Can anybody tell me that how can i get my full backup in less size.. i have to transfer my blog into other server, but due to low speed internet connection this provided my lot of trouble.
