Hi, I have a website that is hosted by WordPress. I have usually logged on at this URL: http://diegokusnirpsyd.com/wp-login.php?loggedout=true; it stopped working when I attempted to change the URL, as I thought it was just a feature in the platform, but I think because I don’t own the address I tried to change it to (drdiegokusnir.com), the website crashed, or at least now looks like what you see (diegokusnirpsyd.com). Thanks for the help. It has been months that it has been down and I would really like it up for my livelihood. Thanks. Diego

Hi Diego, sorry your sites were down.
Neither of these URLs have been hosted on our servers, unfortunately, so our staff can’t do much to help. WordPress.org and WordPress.com are not the same thing; this may help clear up confusion: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
But we can try to point you in the right direction.
drdiegokusnir.com can be registered, so if you want to use that you can buy it. You’ll still need to work with your host to make sure it will work with your installation.
diegokusnirpsyd.com seems to be hosted with Siteground.
If you’ll get in touch with them, they can help you fix this, or you can use this information from WordPress.org’s codex to change the URL back:
