  I us Canvas – a few days ago, the site has just started coming up as a blank page. The hosting company can’t figure it out, I have not made any changes to the site, and the last post we published went up without any problems – with the ‘blank page’ issue coming within 24hrs after it was published. I can’t even get the login page to come up.

  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing this? Or a way I can reach someone at WordPress?

  Possible Next Steps:

  1. Your website was created using WordPress.org software and there is a support forum for WordPress.org as well.

  Amazing – I deactivated the plugins via my FTP client and we’re back online. I’ll start working through them and pick out the rotten apple.
