I’m having an issue with Jetpack on my website. I was performing updates when the site went into maintenance mode and now I can’t access anything. I’m getting an error message that says:
XML-RPC is not responding correctly ( 500 )
It looks like XML-RPC is not responding correctly. Please make sure XML-RPC is turned on for your site and is set up to respond to all content types. You can test this yourself by running the following command from the command line:
curl -A ‘Jetpack by WordPress.com’ -d ‘demo.sayHello’ http://politicsofdiscretion.com/xmlrpc.php
The answer should be:

I can’t even get to the page where this can be fixed. All I get is a blank white screen. I’ve contacted Jetpack customer support multiple times. It’s been two days since my site went down and no one’s gotten back to me. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks!

I see a member of the Jetpack support team replied to your email yesterday, so please check your inbox and reply there :) It would be worth checking your spam folder if that email hasn’t come through to your inbox.
