  Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  I can also see you have not installed the WordPress yet or maybe you deleted your files accidentally. You can contact your host (Hostgator) regarding this issue.
