Our wordpress website has been inaccessible for a few weeks now and I have been unable to reach anyone for help on this issue. When attempting to get to the site via our backend and also via the public website, all that comes up is a blank page that will not load anything. Please help!

Thank you for sharing the url for your site.

Your site http://centralcoastwellnesscenter.org/, that you need help with is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums with more experienced members:

I know this can be confusing, but there are two types of WordPress. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:

I first tried getting the answers I need on those forums but because I was unable to login, I was also unable to post any questions or view any forum topics which is why I am here now. I am not sure how to post a topic if I am unable to login and the site itself requires me to be signed in to ask questions

    Hi there,

When checking your site, the error thrown is a http error 500, which is an internal server side issue.

Often this is caused by a faulty plugin, or a theme issue. There are a few ways to try to solve the problem and allow you to regain access.

If you cannot login to your dashboard at all, you can try deactivating your plugins manually which you can do by following the steps here:
    Disable plugins without dashboard access.

If this does not help restore access, your theme may be causing issues. Access your server via one of the options from the link above, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the theme folder. This will force the default theme to activate, which will hopefully rule out theme-specific issues.

If you are still getting an error, your problem may lie in the .htaccess file in the wordpress directory. You’ll need to, again, use one of the access options from the link above to access the directory, find the file and then rename it. If you can’t find it, make sure viewing invisible files is enabled in whichever client you’re using.

I would try logging into your host server, which appears to be hostmonster, if you can, and use the control panel they provide.

    Hope this helps!
