  Hi there,

  Our website Playzonelaser.com hosted by wordpress is down, and we can’t access the back end to see why.

  How can we contact support directly to assist instead of via forums.

  Hi @grantbb4df6f6cbad, you’re paying for hosting through Amazon, correct? This site may be using WordPress there, but it is not hosted on our servers.

  Can you try contacting your hosting provider?
