  Our website is currently down and redirecting to a WP Hello World page. When I try to login to the backend it tells me my email and usernames aren’t registered anymore.

  I have exhausted all options internally.

  Please advise, thanks.

  The site is actually cranewerks.com.

  This is the only login I could get logged in to to submit a forum.

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support at Register.com for help with this – it looks like that domain is currently registered and hosted with them.

  If they say it’s a WordPress issue, you’ll want the support forums for the open source software over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
