  What is the URL of your website running on the wordpress.com platform because your account berkshireavc doesn’t have a site here.

  Hi there, you mentioned in your other thread that you updated your site’s plugins and according to a WHOIS lookup, it looks like your site is hosted with GoDaddy. These forums can only assist with sites hosted here on the WordPressdotcom platform.

  For help with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums.
