  My nonprofit website is down and need to get it up and running. It looks like I just need to update payment info. Will the website need to be redone or will it be back up once the payment is updated?

  It looks like the Business plan has expired over a month ago so the site went back to the free plan.
  To help you, I have added it back to your account (it will expire next Monday), so please go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and renew it directly from there.
  You’ll want to add the domain mapping again and, if needed, rewind to the latest backup.

  Thank you! I have renewed our plan, but the website is still not up. I checked the domain and it shows active. Is there something else I need to do for the website to be active?
