  My website http://www.kelbyscafe.com has been down since Feb of this year and we assumed it was the hosting company, who I have just got off the phone with and they actually couldn’t find the site. Can you help, is at an issue at your end?

  Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere), you’ll want to write on the community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
