My former web designer received this email and the link expired. We are unable to access admin in wordpress and need to get in there with our new developer to fix this problem. I spoke with our host who said there was nothing that they could do about fixing this problem and that they have received many calls yesterday regarding wp issues.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
