  is my subscription up? did server go down? how do I get website functioning again?

  Hi there – As @austinsangs asks, could you pass us the URL of the site you need help with?

  I looked into your WordPress.com account and I’m not able to find any sites there. If by chance your WordPress site is not hosted at WordPress.com, but it hosted elsewhere, you will need to contact the company you pay for hosting for your site to get help.
