    Our name has expired & we would like to run the site under a new name, How do we change things when the site is down?

    Of what site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here has never owned or hosted any custom domains with us.

    If you’re speaking of the Jetpack-connected site, thequartzbewithyou.com, that site is not hosted with us. You need to contact your hosting provider for that site directly for help adding a new domain to it.
