Website Down

My website is hosted by Names.co and has been working very well for the last two years then the other day when trying yo enter the website an error message came up saying website connection refused. The site is down for everyone not just from my computer. Names.com tell me everything is working their end and I need to sort the problem out myself – suggesting I change some things in the File Manager – defining WP_DEBUG to true and disabling plugins and themes which did not solve the problem. Except for updating some plugins and updating 2017 theme I have hardly added anything new in the last couple of months. Besides that which I have already tried are their any other files that could be causing the problem?
