  My website keeps having an error and it won’t let me log in. ‘there has been a critical error on the website’. I’ve gone incognito, mobile and my other laptop and all the same issues.

  Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account (or Jetpack-connected site), and could you please share your site URL?
