  Hi – our website is down and we’ve tried reaching out to the host. They said the issue isn’t on their side.

  It says ‘This site can’t be reached’ DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi @austingraff1, NXDOMAIN means there’s a problem with the domain or DNS.

  If the hosting company can’t see any issues on their side, can you reach out to the domain provider?
