    Hi there! We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look. But I can try to get you pointed in the right direction.

    A fatal error could be caused by a bad update to your theme or installed plugins, or a corrupted update to the WordPress software. Your website’s administrator should have received an email fro your install with more details about the culprit of that error message.

    The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

    The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.
