  hello,
  I can’t log in to my wordpress account on this email (email visible only to moderators and staff). it tells me the account does not exist which is not true because it’s the account i use to access my wordpress dashboard for our website. it also seems that our website is down because i can’t access it either. Could you please help with this issue?

  Hi,

  I understand but i also can’t access my wordpress account anymore. It tells me my account does not exist. I can’t access my dashboard either through this email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  You wouldn’t be signing into WordPress.com to access this site, but instead: svila.online/wp-admin as this site is a separate entity to that of WordPress.com.
