Hi, since august 24th my website is down (i got a notice from a jetpack plug in …). I havn’t accessed the web page within a month and wonder what happened. Can you please look into the issue. I have external web hosting DNS and Facebook page set up and already contacted all their customer services with the same question, in order to find the source of the problem. In wordpress all my work of uploading images and article description and pages + texts seem to have disappeared. Can you please tell me from where the error occurs ? Thanks in advance,

Hey Juliana, can you clarify which website you’re struggling with? I wasn’t able to find a Jetpack site on this account, but if you have Jetpack Backups we can likely help you get this straightened out.

Hei, yeah I am a bit confused as well as wordpress asks me to always re-register so now I have about 4- or 5 log ins and its really getting worse and worse! like one is info jewellery and the account is not working anymore another is admin3792 and the newest that I created last week is info jewellery and this one is not recognized anymore…
