  Hi,
  My name is Nicole Linn & I own the domain for belowaveragerunning.com
  As of today around 4am EST, I was informed that my website was down. It worked 12 hours prior and I didnt make any changes.
  Now its 9:30AM EST its still down, I have looked into it and all I can find out is it is an ‘unknown error’

  If anyone can please let me because I am about to start sobbing.

  Hey there, the site seems to be up on this side, but if you need help with an outage again, you’ll want to contact your host directly.

  Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.

  You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to use our managed hosting.
