  Hi there, could you let us know the URL of the site you’re having trouble with?

  Your WordPress.com account doesn’t appear to have any sites associated with it; were you asking about a site hosted elsewhere which uses the free WordPress software from WordPress.org instead?

  I’m unfortunately unable to check why your site might have been down when you posted, as you haven’t mentioned the site address; though it does sound like it’s not hosted here on WordPress.com.

  However if you would want us to have that sort of access, to provide daily backups, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan! We have information about all that it offers here:
