  Hi, I hold my domain with another company. I recently was informed by my customers that my website isn’t working. There seems to be a communication issue between my website and the domain name. How do I resolve this?

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  To confirm, is this regarding stonehengeosteopath.co.uk? If so, the connection subscription for that domain expired last month, and that will need to be renewed for the domain to work with http://stonehengeosteopath.wordpress.com/.
  
  The domain connection subscription is connected to a different account than the one you are reaching out from. Can you log into that account or contact the person who owns it and have them renew the subscription? They should be able to do this from their purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
