  You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix the problem with the Jetpack plugin.

  If you still have trouble with Jetpack, please contact them via their contact form if you have a paid plan, or via their support forums if you do not.
