    I thought this site had been migrated to another host, so I cancelled the $300 payment for the year, but my friend who’s site this is called and said it’s down. What is the cheapest plan you have to get the site live again.

    Hi @emilyschroederphoto, sorry to hear it! I’d recommend re-upgrading to the Business Plan, even if it’s just on a monthly basis, so you can restore what you had and then sort out how to gracefully downgrade the site.

    Once you’ve got the site up and going again, find the option to restore from a backup. Then update us or by chat, and we’d be happy to make recommendations.
