  I am trying to open a support live chat or email about this issue but because it is not recognizing my domain name I can’t contact support, figured I would try through here as a last resort. Please help.

  Hello there,

  Setting the theme to the Twenty Twenty-Two main theme instead of the child theme resolves the issue. Here is some information about using child themes:

  What was the main purpose of using the child theme? There may be alternatives that could work, depending on what you’d like to accomplish.
