  Please help urgently.

  My website seems to have completely crashed.

  I can’t access it from the back end via wordpress, and when i try to visit the URL it says ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’

  Please help ASAP!

  Correct account: Yes

  Starting Nov. 10 WP has disabled my blog’s COMMENTS against my will.

  Instead of a comment getting posted to my blog, https://flyingcuttlefish.wordpress.com/ , an idiotic message box pops up asking for e-mail notifications,

  The only fix-it advice the Help & Support site offers is to to use a plg-in to clear the cache. I cannot do this as when I try that solution I get this message –

  “You need to upgrade to a Business Plan to install plugins. Get a free domain with an annual plan.”

  No, I am not “upgrading” – I want my comments feature restored.

  Google already gets free ads and data mining.

  @flyingcuttlefish Hi there, rather than post into someone else’s unrelated forum thread, please use the new topic form on the forum front page or post for help through your site dashboard so you can get the attention you need.   Comments are not working – REPLY button does nothing

  MY blog https://9east71home.wordpress.com/ has issues with the comment form not working. Also – this Help Center form should have a drop down list of my blogs, not just the flyingcuttlefish. I also have a broken comments form on this blog: https://lasinkhole.wordpress.com/ When you hit the Reply button the comment doesn’t go in and you get this awful message: ‘Never miss a beat!’ ask person’s e-m

  And WordPress is simply ignoring my request for help.

  So the better option IS to reply to another post on a related [blog misbehaving] forum thread.

  I see pages and pages of not-reponded-to requests for help in the forum.

  Any whichway I get my blogs fixed is fine with me.
