After attempting to update a plugin, my website is down and I have no access. Error is as follows:

Actually I don’t think so seeing as I can’t get in on WordPress.org
You need other user &password for https://wordpress.org/support/

I don’t have another username and password for WordPress.org because the site was created on WordPress.com

No, you’re wrong: http://www.danix.dm/ is not hosted by WordPress.com and these forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
