  I built a website for a friend of mine in 2014, it was based on a wordpress.com account which he paid $99 a year for a premium template from WordPress. The site is now down due to a high activity of emails being sent out from it. I have just logged in to the WordPress account for the first time in over a year to find no site!? I really need some help and advice on what to do, and what has happened!?

  That error message says hosted by network solutions. That seems to indicate that it was NOT hosted here at WordPress.com, but rather is/was? hosted at Network Solutions? Perhaps you need to start there?
