  Our site http://www.testhouse.net shows the message ‘is briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance and to check back in a minute’ although it has been down for more than Half an hour. I suspect this happened due to W3 plugin which I was trying to deactivate. Could you please help me fix this issue.

  You apparently using a self-hosted WordPress.org site, unfortunately this forum is only for sites hosted at WordPress.com.
