Hello everyone,
My website is down since I tried to upgrade WordPress without turning off the plugins. Now I can’t go on my website or log on WordPres, here is the message that appears when I try to go on the website : Fatal error: Cannot redeclare comments_popup_script() (previously declared in /home/escuela/www/wp-includes/comment-template.php:1432) in /home/escuela/www/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 3724
I really need help guys ! By the way, I’m french, so if you can please answer in french, if you don’t, answer how you want.Thank you

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

So, that does look like an error you would see for a self hosted site. This forum WordPress.com, isn’t able to answer questions related to sites that are self hosted. Difference between the two?
