  my website is down. It went down this afternoon after I updated a plugin. please help me get it back online!!

  Do you remember what plug in you updated before it went down?

  Mine is fixed now. Had to deactivate all the plug in and dump the cache. I can get in the admin panel now and start activating all my plug ins until I find the one that caused the problems

  yes it should be BackWPup plug in and I cannot log in on wordpress.org into my account since the email address seems to be incorrect which I cannot understand. I need to reset it but I changed the email address before it happened and have no one of the activation codes. So I cannot deactivate any plug in … how can I contact someone of wordpress?
