Website down AND account has disappeared

My website is down. I can’t even login to my account, so I had to create this second account just to ask a question. I tried the account recovery form, but the website is for a student association so I don’t have the original API key (the site was set up by a student who graduated long ago). However, I can get an alternative form of proof, perhaps from my university.
