Website Down and Can't Log in – how to access support?

    Hello, my website is down and we can’t log in. We were installing a plug in which caused a fatal error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare woocommerce_pagination() (previously declared in /home/customer/www/beachofbrighton.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php:1520) in /home/customer/www/beachofbrighton.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/savona/functions.php on line 612

    We need support and will gladly pay for it but don’t know how to go about doing that, can anyone help? We don’t have a paid for account and obviously need to set that up but can’t log in to even start the process, thank you

    http://beachofbrighton.com appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with Siteground. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:

    To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host like Siteground (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com.     That said, it sounds like there’s a conflict between your theme and the WooCommerce plugin, according to that error you posted. Siteground support may well be able to help you deactivate WooCommerce, or switch to another theme, while you troubleshoot.
