Website down because of Update in Function.php

  hi,
  i managed lifeinchrist website, but i made some changes in functions.php and it is causing the website to be down, parsing error, i was trying to FTP the files but my credentials are not working, also i asked the owner if they know the FTP credentials but they don’t know either. hope you can help/
