Website Down- Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance

    Website goes down show message ‘Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance’.
    I talked with y hosting AWS support they are said there is no problem with server provider the problem is with WordPress .
    It is happening from 5:45 pm to 6pm EVERY DAY!!! .
    Please it’s too bad for me because I am losing customers so Please investigate it asap.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with AWS.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    Hello sir,
    This website is hosted on an AWS server.
    1) Can I change this update time of the “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance” and where /How?
    2) What is the reason for this? I deactivated all plugins and then activated it. Also, AWs have no issue.
    I want to know the reason and how it can be resolved?

    That message appears when your site is undergoing an automatic software upgrade. It should disappear automatically once the update is complete.

    I found this article on WordPress.org about configuring the automatic updates feature in WordPress, but I don’t see anything about specifying the time updates should take place, so you’ll need to ask the WordPress.org community who makes that software, as staff-blorbo explained above.
