Website Down: Can't see it, can't login.
-
Hello, I work for a company that owns http://buckettruck.org. To edit the site, the only login information given to me was the username and password to buckettruck,org/wp-admin. I had just applied a new theme to the site and everything looked fine with the new theme. (The theme was called “Responsive”) I was even able to go in and edit a few pages. Then I saw that the theme had plugin updates that needed to be installed. As soon as I hit install, it finished installing, and then my screen went white. There is absolutely nothing there. NOW if I go to buckettruck.org/wp-admin, I can’t even login because nothing appears on the screen. Then I tried simply buckettruck.org and my website isn’t even showing. I really need this fixed so please help! Thanks! (Ignore the blog url below. The url is http://buckettruck.org)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That site is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs being hosted right here on this multiuser blogging platform. WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
