Website down due to plugin, can’t access

  Hello,

  We’re currently having an issue where the website has been down since the 24th of July due to an issue with a plug-in update crashing the website. Whilst trying to access it again a few months later, we’ve logged into what should be the admin WordPress account but it appears that there’s no sign of the website on it. Is there any way to check what the admin email/username would be? That was we could know how to find the password. Or is there a chance the website has been wiped from our account – as we still have transactions from when the website was active.

  I checked your site, and it looks like your site is a self-hosted WordPress site, not hosted on WordPress.com (you can read about the differences here):
