Website down due to spam?

Been notified by my domain provider that my website is down due to being used for spam content. Any ideas why this might happen please? Also how do I sort it out?

You will have to register a new account there, if you dont have one.
To know the difference between
WordPress Com vs WordPress ORGAlso, you will have to contact your Hosting Company to, help you with cleaning the spam content.
