  I’m receiving ‘http 500 error’ on both my public website and the wordpress editing site. Where can I go for assistance?

  I’ve checked economycenterresalestore.wordpress.com and the site is loading without any issues from my side. Can you confirm whether this is the site showing a 500 error? If not, please send a link so I can take a look.

  The website I am having trouble with is http://www.lcfswi.org. I can’t access the ADMIN site either so the only way I can log in to wordpress is via my thrift store account (a separate page).

  Both pages are giving me this message:
  This page isn’t working lcfswi.org is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  I have the exact same issue!
  I can’t access the ADMIN page and can’t access the site at all
  I posted 15 min ago.
  Please help 😭

  @economycenterresalestore your site is hosted at GoDaddy, so we don’t have access to the server to see what’s going on.

  These forums are actually for the sites here at WordPress.com, which is different than what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  Can you try checking in the forums for self-managed installations?

  @mkayvideografie I wasn’t able to find any sites on our servers under your account either.

  If you’re running your own WordPress installation at another host, you’ll also want to use the correct forums over at https://wordpress.org/support.

  If you are hosted here, can send a link to the site? Or better yet: log out, log back in with the account that you used to buy upgrades here, and then reach out via chat:

  But again with your sites not being on our servers, we can’t access the plugins and configuration and what not. If your host is unable to help, information from the WordPress.org community forums may help you. Good luck!
