Website down/ No access to dashboard

    Hi,
    For over 2 weeks now my website has been down and I cannot get access to the dashboard or anything. I have tried to upload and install different themes or add pages to the site through wordpress and nothing works.
    Anytime I either go to my website or try to access its dashboard through wordpress.com or wordpress.org, I get the following message: ‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/20/8955120/html/wp-content/themes/ruffie/functions.php on line 244’

    When I try to download and upload a new theme from wordpress.com I always get the following message, no matter what theme I try to activate: You need to upload a version of theme higher than 1.4.1. Increase the theme version number in style.css, then upload your zip file again.’ This happens on every theme, no matter what.

    Is there a way that you can reset my website back to an earlier version or at least get access to the dashboard? I have literally tried everything and every forum. It is very important that I get access to my website as soon as possible. Thanks in advance

    wow it is so hard just getting to the dashboard I went to erickasaleonthevine.wp/admin.com so many times I CAN’T GET IN TO THE DASHBOARD.I have logout try just ADMIN.WHY IS THIS SO HARD??????????
