Website down, please help!

    Hi, my website has been completely down since June of  2023. I have been desperately emailing the company who built my site but they have not helped. I am still paying my hosting, the domain is still in date, no error email, I just really don’t know how to fix it. Any advice you can offer would be amazing as I have lost a lot of money since my site has been gone for so many months.

    WordPress website hosted by Krystal Hosting Ltd but it does not appear to be a hosting issue.

    Since your website is not hosted on WordPress.com and It’s a self-hosted WordPress.org, I recommend you to search for support on wordpress.org forum, you can find it here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
