Website down/unable to log in

  I use a .com WordPress-hosted site and returned from vacation today to find it no longer loads, and I cannot log in using https://ldalexander.com/wp-admin. When the site does load, it says “This page is parked free, courtesy of WordPress.com” Please help!

  It is a WP.com site, but it is hosted by Bluehost. Were there WP updates or something over the past week? I’m wondering why several people (some with different hosts) sound like they are having similar problems in the forum.
